Social Media and Content Specialist (Twog and Rockors)

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to create engaging, high-performing content and manage our presence across social platforms.
In this role, you will own the full content cycle, from ideation and production to publishing and performance optimization, focusing on short-form video and social-first storytelling.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and external creators to build content that captures attention, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand presence.
The ideal candidate combines strong content creation skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a data-driven mindset, with the creativity and confidence to experiment, appear on camera, and turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit video & photo content (short-form focus: Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
- Manage social media profiles and engage with the community daily
- Coordinate with influencers (briefing, communication, campaign tracking)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize content in real time
- Utilize AI tools for content creation and workflow automation
Required Skills:
- Video & photo editing (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut)
- Social media management (publishing, scheduling, campaign monitoring)
- Content production (shooting + editing audio/video)
- Influencer marketing coordination
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- AI prompting & basic automation knowledge

- Copywriting (website & social content)
- Email marketing experience
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta insights)
- Shopify experience
- Meta Ads Manager (campaign launch, tracking, optimization)
- Experience working with influencers / creators
- Viral & guerrilla marketing mindset
- Interest in tech, gaming, and digital industry
