- Senior, hands on Salesforce engineering
- Architectural guidance for the team (the 2 squads) (incl. integrations)
- Coaching and uplift of mid / early senior SF developers (when needed)
- No planning or delivery ownership (handled by Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead)

Essential
- Extensive Salesforce development/engineering experience
- In depth knowledge of:
- SalesCloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
- Extensive Apex development experience
- Extensive LWC experience
- Automated unit testing frameworks
- Secure coding experience
- Standard DevOps processes, tools, and methods
Desirable
- In-depth knowledge of
- CRM Analytics
- Einstein
- Experience with
- Cloud Lending
- Conga, OpenText and DocuSign integrations and services
Must have:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
