What will your tasks be?

• You will handle the complete financial controlling agenda for one of our company entities.
• Thanks to you, all contracts, orders, reports, invoices, and receipts will be processed correctly.
• You will manage administrative support for business trips and other events.
• You will maintain software license records as part of accounting.
• You will collaborate with our Customer Success team, especially in areas such as fulfilling commitments, preparing reports, and providing data for offers and orders.

We are looking for you if:

• You have experience with similar tasks, ideally in a software company.
• You have completed high school or university with a focus on administration or finance.
• You are detail-oriented, independent, and responsible.
• You are willing to work at least 3 days a week from our offices on Národní třída.
• Your English is at a communicative level.
• You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear.
• You enjoy a startup culture where things can change quickly.
