🧑‍💻 About the role

This is a unique opportunity to own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to closed deals. As a combined BDR/Account Executive, you'll start by identifying and engaging potential customers across Poland, then take those conversations all the way through to signed contracts. You'll work with leading e-commerce businesses, learn from an experienced sales team, and grow quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you're early in your sales career and hungry to do more than just book meetings, this role is built for you.

We sell a site search and product discovery solution recognized by Gartner and G2 — trusted by top e-commerce players across Europe.

✍️ Your responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Generation (BDR)

  • Research, identify, and engage potential customers across Poland and CEE through calling, emailing, and social outreach
  • Target decision-makers and C-level contacts at relevant e-commerce accounts to secure discovery meetings
  • Write outreach messages that capture attention, communicate clear value, and open meaningful conversations
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities in HubSpot

Closing & owning the sales cycle (AE)

  • Own discovery and demo calls with qualified prospects — understand their business needs and map Luigi's Box solutions to their challenges
  • Drive deals through the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Manage your pipeline proactively, forecast accurately, and consistently work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we expect:

  • Clear, confident, and professional communication — written, on the phone, and in video calls
  • Genuine interest in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce
  • A proactive mindset: you test ideas, iterate, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup while staying organized and hitting targets
  • Comfort with being responsible for both top-of-funnel activity and closing results
  • Collaborative spirit — you work well with a team but take full ownership of your numbers

Nice to have (not required):

  • Previous experience in SaaS, digital, or e-commerce
  • 6+ months of outbound sales or sales development experience
  • Familiarity with a full sales cycle, even in an entry-level capacity
  • Experience with HubSpot or sales automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Pipedrive, Woodpecker, etc.)
  • Experience in quota-carrying roles or generating qualified pipelines in a B2B / IT environment

Language skills:

  • Polish—excellent written and spoken level (C2 level) is a must
  • English—fluency is a must
