🧑‍💻 About the role

As an LLM/AI Engineer, you'll explore new ways in which LLMs and AI can improve product discovery in ecommerce. Your will:

• Build prototypes of new LLM-based search technologies, recommender systems and systems that will improve the company processes
• Collaborate with great UX researchers, engineering teams and product managers to make the biggest possible impact for the whole company
• Learn state of the art science and think how it can improve our products
• Handle projects at an impressive scale, processing thousands of requests per second.

💻 Tech you’ll work with

• LLMs, LangGraph, Langfuse, ML Flow
• AWS
• Tech stack that you will develop :-)

Must haves

• Experience with building and launching LLM systems to production
• Enthusiastic, driven, teamplayer mindset
• Python coding skills sufficient to deliver efficient prototypes and data analyses
• Ability to understand a technical or business problem, suggest solutions and evaluate them using data
• Desire to work for a fast-growing company in an expanding market.

Nice to haves

• Experience with general ML and statistics, information retrieval or recommender systems
• Experience with ML Ops for LLMs
