As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving new growth opportunities, representing BONARD globally, and shaping our strategic direction.
About the role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and representing BONARD at a senior level in both client engagements and industry events worldwide.
This is a high-visibility, high-mobility role suitable for an experienced, consultative sales professional who thrives in international environments and is motivated by measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the identification and engagement of prospective clients across Europe and globally
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams (Research, Marketing, Product)
- Negotiate and finalize offers and contractual agreements
- Build and maintain strategic, long-term client relationships based on trust and value
- Represent Bonard at international conferences, client meetings, and events (extensive travel involved)
- Monitor industry trends and contribute insights to shape BONARD’s service offerings and growth strategies
- Act as a thought leader by speaking at events, webinars, and professional forums
Travel and executive perks
This position involves frequent international travel to client meetings, conferences, and industry events. To support this, BONARD provides:

Who we are looking for

- Proximity to Slovakia – Being based near Slovakia is important, as regular in-person meetings during the initial months will support effective knowledge sharing and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented – You thrive in a results-focused environment, with a genuine passion for sales, exceeding targets, and delivering measurable success.
- Consultancy Experience Preferred – You have worked 4+ years in a consulting, advisory, research, or data-driven service environment, ideally similar to BONARD’s scope delivering tailored solutions to institutional clients or investors.
- Fluent & Professional – You have strong command of English (C1 level or higher), enabling you to engage confidently with global partners and stakeholders
- Flexible & Mobile – You’re energized by variety, comfortable with regular travel, and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced business settings.
- Collaborative by Nature – You bring a team-first mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals while also taking initiative where needed.
- Client-Focused Communicator – You build strong relationships by truly understanding client needs and delivering solutions that create lasting value not just closing deals.
