As we grow, we are looking for a Research Project Manager to join our Rented Residential Unit which delivers data, research, and advisory services for rented residential assets, helping investors make confident, informed decisions across global markets.

About the role

This role is for someone who enjoys working with data, exploring markets, and asking the right questions. You will work on research projects from start to finish, learning by doing and gradually taking ownership of tasks. You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, clients, and external partners, and see firsthand how research shapes investment decisions and public communication. You do not need to know everything on day one, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn matter most.

What you will be doing

  • You will help turn questions into insights:
  • Plan and manage research tasks to keep projects on track
  • Collect data through desk research and quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key takeaways
  • Turn findings into clear reports, presentations, and visuals
  • Coordinate with data collectors, designers, and other contributors
  • Support project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Answer client and internal research-related questions
  • Present results in meetings, webinars, and industry events
  • Team coordination with part-time staff and external suppliers
