As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Market Research Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and grow with us.
About the role
This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious about markets, enjoys working with data, and wants to learn how research supports real business decisions.
You will not be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you’ll work closely with experienced team members, learn by doing, and gradually take ownership of research tasks and projects.
What you will be doing
In simple terms, you’ll help us find answers to business questions and turn them into useful insights:
- Help plan and organize research tasks so projects run smoothly and on time
- Collect information through surveys, interviews, desk research, and industry sources
- Clean, review, and analyze data to spot trends, patterns, and key takeaways
- Turn research findings into clear reports, presentations, and visual summaries
- Work with data collectors, designers, and other contributors when needed
- Respond to internal or client questions related to research work
- Help improve research processes and keep internal databases up to date
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious, and comfortable working with data.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have a degree (or are close to graduating) in Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or survey tools
- Have a basic understanding of market research and data analysis
- Enjoy working with numbers, reports, and insights
- Communicate clearly and ask good questions
- Can manage your time and handle multiple tasks
Nice to have (but not a must):
- Internship, academic, or project experience in research or analysis
- Interest in consumer behavior, strategy, or business intelligence
