Sales Development Representative – Outbound Sales (Warm Leads Only)

About the role

This role is about real conversations with people who already know Bonard. You will not be cold calling strangers. You’ll work with leads who have downloaded our content, attended our events, or bought from us before. Your job is to pick up the phone, understand their needs, and turn warm interest into concrete business opportunities. This is a proactive role with clear ownership, real responsibility, and a strong growth path for someone who wants more than just “making calls”.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll spend most of your time creating value through conversations:

  • Call and follow up with warm leads already familiar with Bonard
  • Qualify interest and identify real business opportunities
  • Schedule meaningful meetings and support event ticket sales
  • Own your pipeline and keep CRM data clean and accurate
  • Work with performance metrics and continuously improve how you approach conversations
  • Actively contribute to building and shaping our outbound sales process
