What you will do

As a Research Project Assistant, you'll support the preparation and execution of international projects related to student mobility and student housing. Your work will have a direct impact on how cities, campuses, and investors serve students around the world.

Your tasks will include:

• Researching, collecting, and organizing data for international projects
• Working with internal databases, online tools, and conference materials
• Communicating with real estate and education institutions to verify data and engage them in research
• Assisting in international market surveys in areas like student housing, micro-living, and international education

Who we are looking for

• Speak English confidently (B2+ level), you'll use it every day, so this one's non-negotiable.
• Are a university student or a supermom on maternity leave
• You know your way around Microsoft Excel
• Love to keep things organized and can communicate clearly
• Notice the little things others miss and take pride in doing things right
• Are endlessly curious, self-driven, and always up for learning something new
• Can manage your time like a pro, whether from your dorm room, kitchen table, or favorite café
