Our Receptionist is often the first person people meet, speak with, or interact with when engaging with our company. As the face of the organization, you will play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues alike.

Beyond managing the front desk, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating communications, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring our workplace remains organized and efficient.

What Will the Role Look Like:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases accurately.
  • Assist with office supplies management and inventory monitoring.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other office-related logistics when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Must-Have Skills

  • Fluency in Greek, English, and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, Administrative, or Customer Service role.
  • Experience managing appointments, calendars, and meeting room bookings.
  • Familiarity with office administration processes and document management.
  • Experience working in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of additional languages beyond Greek, English, and Russian.
