What will the role look like
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across the HRIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support HR administration in line with agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and internal procedures.
- Partner with managers and employees to provide timely HR guidance and support.
- Produce HR reports and maintain accurate people data to support decision-making.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage AI and technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
What makes you a great fit
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an international organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience across People Operations and recruitment.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and ATS
- Strong AI literacy and confidence using digital tools to enhance productivity.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Good-to-have
- Knowledge of Cyprus employment legislation.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).
