Our mission is to provide professional, transparent and results-driven services to both property owners and buyers, while building long-term relationships based on trust and performance.

We are currently looking to expand our team and hire a motivated and ambitious Sales Agent to join our growing agency.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at KeyCy Real Estate, you will be responsible for managing property listings, generating leads, conducting viewings, negotiating deals and closing transactions.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands the real estate market and is passionate about achieving strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• • Identify and acquire new property listings (sales and rentals)
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate offers between clients and property owners
  • Manage the sales and rental process from first contact to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Monitor market trends, pricing and competition
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professional service
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems

Requirements

• • Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive personality
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the Cyprus property market is an advantage
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
