What will this role look like.

• Review project drawings, bills of quantities, and technical documentation to fully understand project scope
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender packages for construction projects
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyze and compare offers to support accurate project costing and decision-making
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (QS, Procurement, Planning, Construction) to ensure aligned and competitive submissions
• Prepare cost estimates for project variations and change orders
• Monitor and update project budgets using tools like Procore

What makes you a great fit:

Must-Have Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Member of ETEK
• Strong command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

Good-to-have skills:

• Site experience in construction projects
• Experience in cost estimation and tender preparation
• Familiarity with ERP systems or project management software
