As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the sustainability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Coordinate and lead safety training sessions for employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus and EU safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety-related activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Requirements and Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field.
• ETEK Registered Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO45001and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
