Back Office Sales Assistant

Why this role matters: You’ll be the operational backbone of our Sales teamensuring every deal, document, and client interaction runs smoothly from first contact to closing.

What will this role look like:

  • Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date deal progress
  • Update availability lists, pricing, and sales status across projects
  • Manage and maintain client data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Track leads, inquiries, and communication history to support effective follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication between Sales Managers, clients, and partner agents
  • Organize property viewings, meetings, and client interactions
  • Handle initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales Manager
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected, organized, and properly filed
  • Support the preparation of contracts and sales-related documentation
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Development teams to ensure accurate and aligned sales information
  • Support the team during property exhibitions and events

What makes you a great fit:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or real estate operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Fluency in Greek and English

Good-to-have skills:

  • Experience with real estate platforms or sales tracking systems
  • Russian language skills
