Quantity Surveyor

The Crona Construction Ltd Company is looking to hire immediately, an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to manage the cost of our construction projects (Limassol and Paphos) and help ensure that the construction project is completed budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares tender documents, contracts, budgets, measurements and other documents
• Accurately measure works in compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare monthly Interim Valuations and Final Accounts promptly.
• Manage project price variations effectively
• Prepare/provide advice for tender documents and evaluate submissions.
• Prepare Sub-contract Agreements, Interim Valuations, and Final Accounts
• Administer contracts, manage contractual issues, and maintain record-keeping.
• Communicates with the customer, consultants and other supervision personnel
• Lease with procurement department to establish material specifications
• Any other related tasks that will be assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree Holder in Quantity Surveyor or related field such as Civil Engineering member of ETEK.
• Necessary Experience of at least (4) five years in a related position
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English. Russian is an added advantage
• Excellent Analytical & Arithmetical Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office AutoCad and ability to learn to use specialized software
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
