Construction Costing Officer

Crona Construction Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction costing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, analyzing and monitoring costs relating to projects. The role ensures accurate cost allocation, supports project budgeting and costing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify subcontractor payment applications (Interim Valuation Certificates)
  • Review quantities and rates
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Finance
  • Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
  • Track variations and contract changes
  • Support the preparation of contracts
  • Collaborate with Accounting Department on invoicing and payments
  • Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements

  • BA in finance, Business Administration. Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying will be considered as advantage ( 2–3 years of relevant experience)
  • Experience in cost control, budgeting, and invoicing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel required)
  • Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
