Construction Costing Officer
Crona Construction Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction costing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, analyzing and monitoring costs relating to projects. The role ensures accurate cost allocation, supports project budgeting and costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify subcontractor payment applications (Interim Valuation Certificates)
- Review quantities and rates
- Work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Finance
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
- Track variations and contract changes
- Support the preparation of contracts
- Collaborate with Accounting Department on invoicing and payments
- Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements
- BA in finance, Business Administration. Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying will be considered as advantage ( 2–3 years of relevant experience)
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and invoicing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (advanced Excel required)
- Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
