We’ve embarked on a growth journey with major enterprise clients, and this role puts you at the centre of delivering complex, multi-party launches that will define how energy is embedded into everyday products.

What You’ll Do

• Own End-to-End Project Delivery: You own the delivery of Embedded Energy launches — from early planning through to live deployment — ensuring projects move forward with clarity, pace, and quality.
• Drive Planning & Coordination Across Teams: You define timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and actively drive alignment across engineering, product, and external partners.
• Own Technical Integration Delivery: You take responsibility for coordinating integrations across APIs, OEM platforms, utility systems, and Eliq services, ensuring everything connects and works reliably.
• Lead Stakeholder Alignment: You act as the central point of contact for enterprise clients and partners, managing expectations and ensuring progress across organisations.
• Translate Business into Technical Execution: You work closely with product and engineering to turn business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables — and ensure they are executed.
• Own Risk Management & Delivery Momentum: You proactively identify risks, make trade-offs, and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Drive Multi-Project Execution: You manage multiple launches across markets, making prioritisation decisions and balancing resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Who You Are

• Have proven experience as Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or similar roles.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software or SaaS projects
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong stakeholder management across organisations
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

You are someone who takes ownership, brings clarity to ambiguity, balances detail with big-picture thinking, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus If You Bring

• Experience in energy, mobility, OEM partnerships, or SaaS
• Experience working with enterprise clients or multi-market launches
• Additional European language skills (e.g. Swedish)

📍 Location

This is a small team co-located in the same office so the expectation would be that you’re keen to work in the office most of the time, but we do have a company policy of flexible working hours and hybrid work (Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays are in-office days for the whole company).
