At Eliq, Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and market understanding. The role is about turning what we build into something clear, relevant, and valuable — playing a key role in shaping and influencing how our product is positioned, communicated, and adopted. You’ll work closely across teams to align Product, Sales, and Marketing around that narrative, ensuring that what we say, show, and sell reflects the reality of the product and resonates with the customers.
This is a role for a curious, hands-on product marketer who enjoys getting close to the product and making complex things simple. You’ll have the space and support to take initiative, contribute to key decisions, and see the direct results of your work.
You’ll be operating in a focused, account-based environment, working with large enterprise utility companies across Europe. The products are complex, the buyers are senior stakeholders, and the sales cycles require clarity, credibility, and precision. This is not a high-volume marketing role — it’s about going deep, understanding what matters, and crafting messaging that directly influences how we show up in critical deals.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate with Product and Sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Product Launches: Own launches end-to-end, from narrative to rollout to adoption, ensuring what we ship is understood and used.
- Sales Enablement: Equip Sales with sharp, practical materials that directly support active deals and influence outcomes.
- Customer & Market Insights: Capture insights from the field, competitive landscape, and win/loss analysis — and turn them into sharper positioning and strategy.
- Product Translation & Proof points: Bridge Product and Market by turning features into compelling value, backed by strong customer evidence and quantified impact.
- Messaging & Positioning: Shape and refine clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions — and bring them to life in real customer conversations and assets.
Who You Are
- Curious about technology and motivated to understand how products actually work, with an interest in learning new tools and systems.
- Comfortable being hands-on, building, writing, and iterating on messaging and assets yourself.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiative, prioritise effectively, and move work forward even when not everything is defined.
- Able to translate product functionality into clear, differentiated commercial value — not just feature lists.
- Experience owning positioning and messaging in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Comfortable working closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing, contributing your perspective to improve outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

- Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to data, analytics, or behavioural products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and measuring marketing impact.
- Experience in a high-ownership, fast-moving team.

Gothenburg (on-site), or remote within Sweden, with regular travel to HQ.
