Strategic Partnership Manager

At Eliq, we collaborate with leading energy providers across Europe to turn energy data into meaningful, human-centred digital experiences that drive real impact. To accelerate our growth and scale our impact, we’re looking for a Strategic partnership manager to own and execute Eliq’s sales partnership strategy across the European market.

As a Strategic partnership manager, you will lead the development of high-impact commercial collaborations across the energy, technology, and data ecosystems. You will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Eliq’s market reach, strengthen our product offering, and deliver measurable commercial growth through those partnerships.

This role can be performed remotely within Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Eliq’s partnership strategy to drive revenue, product innovation, and market expansion.
  • Identify and secure strategic partners, including billing/CRM, flexibility & technology providers, and channel partners, with strong mutual value potential.
  • Build and manage long-term partner relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, joint planning, and ongoing performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to design compelling partnership propositions.
  • Track partnership performance, optimise frameworks, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Represent Eliq externally at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience, with a strong track record of commercial partnerships and hands-on utilities experience in the European energy market.
  • Strong utilities experience is required, with a solid understanding of the European energy landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue through partnerships and manage commercial outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with high ownership.
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated by creating high-impact outcomes in the energy transition.
