We are seeking a highly creative and skilled 2D Concept Artist to join our team and help shape the visual identity of our next AAA game. As a Concept Artist, you will play a key role in bringing our worlds, characters, and environments to life by creating compelling and imaginative concept art that guides our 3D artists and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality concept art, including environments, characters, props, and vehicles, that align with the artistic vision of the project.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and 3D artists to ensure consistency and feasibility of designs.
• Translate written briefs, mood boards, and creative direction into visually compelling artwork.
• Provide iterative sketches, detailed renderings, and final polished pieces.
• Research and gather visual references to maintain a high level of creativity and originality.
• Contribute to world-building by visualizing key story moments, mood, and atmosphere.
• Assist in developing the overall visual style of the game through exploration and experimentation.
• Work within production timelines to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2D Concept Artist, preferably in the gaming industry with at least one shipped AAA title.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional concept art skills, including characters, environments, and props.
• Expertise in industry-standard digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of composition, perspective, lighting, and color theory.
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, design principles, and artistic techniques.
• Ability to adapt to different artistic styles as needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for video games and an understanding of current industry trends.
