We are currently looking for an addition to our production team in Prague, to help us take care of upcoming projects - games, that we develop together with big game studios. Your job is to make sure the project is on track, the priorities are set right and to take part in daily sync-ups. And especially, work closely together with the internal teams. 

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for your projects, internal teams, priorities and milestones
• Continuous improvement of the AAA game development process, based on agile methodology
• Use trackings tool to better anticipate sprints and milestones
• Work on execution plans, translate product specifications to technical or design tasks
• Organise and lead daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings
• Ensure clear communication and information flow between the teams
• Identify challenges, process improvement so that the issues don’t reappear
• Make sure the game/feature is playable and fun for target audiance
• Reporting the customer (game studio)

What do we need you to have:

• Passion for games and gaming industry :)
• We are open to candidates from junior to senior level of experience, but we need at least some previous experience in project management (exp. in gaming would be a plus)
• Communication and organisational skills, proactivity
• Project management skills - human approach, prioritising, and time management
• Knowledge of project management tools
• At least B2 level in English (to communicate with clients), Czech is not mandatory
