Senior Level Designer – AAA Action Game (New IP)

Our teams in Prague, Brno, and Bratislava are seeking a creative and passionate level designer with experience in designing engaging levels for a AAA game.

What does a Senior Level Designer do?

• Design and create narrative-driven levels with thrilling combat encounters and hidden corners to explore.
• Iterate and maintain levels across the game.
• Help build pipelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with the game designers, artists, and programmers to ensure the levels are engaging, visually stunning, and facilitate the core gameplay mechanics.
• Participate in playtesting sessions and use player feedback to refine and enhance the experience.

What do we need you to have?

• 3+ years industry experience as a Level Designer, having shipped at least one AAA title.
• Portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging levels and encounters.
• An excellent understanding of level design techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency with game editor softwares such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Game scripting experience (Lua, visual scripting, blueprints or similar)
• Experience with the tools used for the development of AAA games (Perforce or similar, Bugs database, etc.)
• Friendly and collaborative personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.
