What will be your tasks?

• Analysis and detailed specification of requirements in the form of tickets and subsequent estimation of the time required.
• Collaboration in setting up features, occasional testing, environment updates, data migration, problem-solving, and simple bug fixing.
• Providing consultations and training, creating user documentation, and possible assistance with development environments (DEV/Sandbox).
• Creating SQL procedures, JSON configurations, importing/exporting data in Word/Excel/PDF formats, and language translations (CZ/EN).
• Support in project management and maintaining a general overview of client use cases.

• are customer-oriented and enjoy the role of a consultant. 🤝
• have advanced SQL knowledge and experience working in SSMS.

• possess high-level communication skills and a positive attitude.

It's a plus if you:

• Can write SQL procedures and have seen code in JSON.
• Have experience with SSMS, Jira, GitLab.
• Understand data governance.
• Are not afraid to defend your solutions to both the team and the client's employees or ask questions when needed.
• Can be relied upon during the delivery process (adherence to priorities, appropriate quality and delivery deadlines).
