Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal departments (Customer Success, Product, IT, Development) to define business requirements and KPIs
• Actively communicating with clients to gather analytical requirements, clarify needs, and present and interpret data and reports
• Explaining analytical findings to clients in a clear and understandable way, adapting the explanation to the technical knowledge level of the audience
• Creating, maintaining, and presenting dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Writing complex SQL queries and scripts for data processing and preparation
• Identifying key business problems and proposing data-driven solutions to optimize processes
• Mentoring junior analysts and participating in team training and knowledge sharing
• Participating in data transformation projects and initiatives to improve data quality (data quality, data governance)
• Developing predictive models and advanced analytical solutions (depending on level of expertise – e.g., regression, classification, segmentation)

Required Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with data and analytics in a fast-growing or data-driven environment
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and data analysis tools
• Advanced knowledge of SQL; knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Preferably experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage smaller projects
• Excellent communication skills
