🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team and support the company's

rapid international growth. This is a hands-on role for a highly analytical professional who enjoys

working with financial data, business performance metrics, and cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and

process improvement initiatives, helping the business make data-driven decisions while

ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

💼 Key Responsibilities // What You Will Do

●Support the preparation of management reporting and P&L analysis by product, business line, and legal entity.

● Monitor and analyze key business and SaaS metrics, including CAC, ARPU, churn,

retention, and profitability drivers.

● Assist with the monthly financial closing process, reconciliations, and variance analysis

at Group level (P&L,BS,Cash flow).

● Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses to support management decision-

making.

● Collaborate with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to collect,

validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

● Contribute to the integration of newly acquired companies into the Group's reporting and

controlling framework.

● Help improve reporting processes through automation, dashboard development, and

Business Intelligence tools.

● Ensure data quality, documentation, and consistency across financial reporting activities.

🎓 Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a

related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Business Analysis, Audit, or similar

finance roles.

● Good understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and business

performance analysis.

● Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data

reconciliation, financial modelling).

● Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau,

Looker, or similar) is a plus.

● Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.

● Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Fluency in both Italian and English.
