About the Role
As the Quality Manager for FutureMeds @home, you will lead the development and continual evolution of our quality framework, ensuring inspection readiness, regulatory alignment, and global operational excellence. You’ll drive strategic quality initiatives, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and provide strong quality oversight to support business growth, innovation, and compliance in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will help advance safe, high‑quality home‑based clinical care - a rapidly expanding field transforming patient access to clinical research.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve the FM @home quality strategy, ensuring inspection readiness and audit resilience.
- Oversee governance, reporting accuracy, and visibility of quality performance.
- Drive simplification and scalability of QMS processes to support growth.
- Serve as SME and escalation point for complex quality and regulatory issues.
- Shape a proactive quality culture through training, capability building, and continuous improvement.
- Support regulatory intelligence, GCP compliance, and audit/inspection preparation across geographies.
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in ICH GCP, EU CTR, and global inspection readiness.
- Experience in quality oversight, ideally within DCT or similar highly regulated environments.
- Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and cross‑functional collaboration ability.
- Confidence to work independently, make informed decisions, and balance multiple priorities.
- Experience with change management and training in matrix organisations.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
