Responsibilities:
- Strategic Social Media Management: Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy. Manage daily social media activities and engagement.
- Content Calendar Planning: Design and maintain a detailed content calendar. Collaborate with departments to plan strategic content.
- Creative Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media. Experiment with innovative content forms.
- Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Track social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare reports and provide strategic insights.
- Campaign Development and Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand promotion. Monitor and adjust campaign strategies for optimal results.
- Event Promotion and Support: Promote expos, trade shows, and events online. Coordinate with the events team for cohesive marketing.
- Lead Generation and PPC Campaigns: Develop and execute PPC and lead generation strategies. Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- SEO and CRO: Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility. Conduct CRO to improve conversion rates using data-driven insights.
- Trend Monitoring and Adoption: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices. Test and integrate new social media tools and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content and campaigns.
- Community Management and Engagement: Foster a positive community environment and engage with followers. Engage with key influencers and industry professionals.
- Exploration and Integration of New Channels: Scout and evaluate new social media channels and platforms. Pilot and integrate promising new channels into the strategy.
- Comprehensive Brand Management Across Platforms: Oversee the social media presence of all company brands. Develop brand-specific social media guidelines and voice.
- Strategic Multibrand Coordination: Facilitate coordination between different brand teams. Organize strategy sessions and monitor online brand reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and social media management skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for performance monitoring.
- Experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
