A forward-thinking Fintech enterprise leading the charge in revolutionizing payment practices is actively seeking an Account Manager / Account Executive / PSP Executive. As the Account Manager / Account Executive / PSP Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with key payment partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for all PSPs and acquiring banks, ensuring that our partnerships are productive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the fintech and iGaming industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main liaison between the company and existing PSPs and acquiring banks.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner institutions.
    • Ensure that all relationships are mutually beneficial, productive, and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Partnership Optimization:
    • Monitor the performance of existing PSPs and acquiring banks, ensuring that service levels are met and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with PSPs and acquiring banks to secure the best possible arrangements for the company.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and ensure seamless integration with partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure that all partnerships comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Monitor any changes in the regulatory landscape that may affect our relationships with PSPs and acquiring banks, and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Manage risk by conducting regular reviews of partner performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of PSP and acquiring bank relationships.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on your analysis.
  • Support for New Initiatives:
    • Work with the business development and product teams to support the onboarding of new PSPs and acquiring banks as needed.
    • Provide input on strategic initiatives that involve payment partners, ensuring that they are feasible and aligned with existing relationships.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Act as the primary contact for any issues that may arise with PSPs or acquiring banks, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address technical or operational issues that affect payment processing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech, payments, or iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with PSPs, acquiring banks, or similar financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring, and the iGaming industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in the payments industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
