About the Role

We’re looking for a new team member to join our Production Team to support the development of the newly acquired AAA project. You'll be collaborating with one of the biggest game studios and publishers. You will become one of our Feature leaders, ensuring a smooth process of creating a piece of the game you will be responsible and accountable for.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of game Feature, grouping a broader cross-disciplinary team
• Plan Features work with respect and alignment of other Features
• Be point of contact for anything related to your Features, you will be expected to have deep overview of your Feature, and high level overview of the full game
• Contributing to the general roadmap across all Features and departments (setting deliverables and expectations)
• Use tracking tools to forecast sprints and milestone completion.
• Facilitate clear communication and information flow to all stakeholders
• Identify process gaps, resolve issues, and work proactively to prevent future blockers.
• Ensure the game or feature is fun
• Regularly report progress and updates to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for games and the gaming industry.
• Previous experience in the game industry in a producer role is a MUST
• Shipping game projects from start to finish is a  plus
• Being part of the AAA development team will be highly considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
• Solid project management abilities – a people-first approach, time management, and task prioritization.
• Familiarity with project management tools - JIRA, CONFLUENCE
• Flexibility to accommodate time zone differences
• English proficiency is a MUST (B2 minimum) – for clear communication with our clients. Czech is not required.
