Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of performance marketing, with a focus on inbound lead generation, advertising campaigns, and lifecycle communication. You’ll play a key role in driving qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoff to sales, and contributing to our company’s overall growth objectives.This position requires a data-driven marketer who can balance strategy and execution, thrives on achieving ambitious goals, and is comfortable collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (search and display), LinkedIn Ads, and explore additional channels for scalable growth.
- Continuously test ad copy, creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to measure success, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Landing Pages & CRO
- Collaborate with the product & sales teams to create, test, and optimize landing pages for ad campaigns (wireframe skills required for the handover to the developer).
- Ensure all landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and optimized for lead generation and conversion.
Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage and execute lifecycle communication strategies that nurture inbound leads through email, chatbots, and other communication channels.
- Develop automated workflows to support lead conversion and re-engagement.
Webinar Promotion
- Create and manage promotional campaigns for webinars to ensure strong attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align content and promotional strategies.
Alignment with Outbound Efforts
- Work closely with the outbound sales team to ensure consistency in messaging and seamless coordination between inbound and outbound strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and ROI.
- Present campaign results and actionable insights to the Growth Marketing Manager and Chief Growth Officer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the content, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in performance marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in lead generation. B2B experience is a must.
- Fluent English – at least C1 level (CEFR scale).
- Expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Proficient in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing for landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
