What are the main responsibilities of the GMP Operations Manager?

• Lead GMP manufacturing operations as Operations Manager, overseeing all production activities for our biotechnology manufacturing facility.
• Strategic operations planning, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Production planning and scheduling, resource management, quality system oversight, and regulatory inspection leadership.
• Management of cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.

We expect the following skills and experience from you as our future colleague:

• You will bring extensive GMP manufacturing experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of biotechnology operations.
• You hold a Master's/PhD degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• You have 8+ years of manufacturing management experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
• You are able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations.
• You have a proven track record in operations leadership and team management - a minimum of 5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• You communicate with confidence and approach challenges with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in English and are ready to be on-site with your team.
