As a Senior Account Executive, you'll build the relationships, run the process, and land the deals that directly shape our growth across European markets.
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll work directly with Will Ephraim to grow Eliq's footprint across Europe. You'll work with senior stakeholders at enterprise utility companies, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to make sure that what we promise, we deliver. Your work shows up in our growth and our position in the market.
What You'll Do
- Drive and forecast revenue. Prospect, develop, and close enterprise deals with strong pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy you can stand behind.
- Build a predictable pipeline. Structured prospecting and partner engagement keep your funnel healthy and your quarter on track.
- Run complex deals. Qualify thoroughly, progress decisively, and spot risks early. Structure and negotiate multi-stakeholder agreements using a consultative, value-based approach.
- Build relationships that open doors. Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and key influencers to close deals, not manage them after the fact.
- Coordinate cross-functional support. Bring in the right internal resources (Product, Marketing) at the right moments to move deals forward.
- Feed the loop. Share field learnings with GTM (go-to-market) teammates, flag what's working (or not), and help lift the team's performance.
Who You Are
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy utility sector is required — gained within the last 5 years, on the vendor or technology side, selling to energy retailers, grid operators, or similar enterprise utility companies.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota on large, complex enterprise deals.
- Comfortable selling to both business and technical decision-makers across long sales cycles.
- Fluent in English and German at a business level (both required for this role).
- Solid experience selling across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and broader European markets.
- Strong ownership mindset: You move things forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
- You want real impact, not layers of sign-off between your ideas and execution.

📍 Location: Remote across Europe, with regular travel to HQ in Gothenburg and customer sites.
