What You'll Do:

• Ensure the project maintains an optimal balance between performance and visual quality throughout development, from initial concepts to final release.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and implement optimization solutions for rendering, performance and memory usage, both for high-end and lower-end hardware platforms.
• Use Unreal Engine's profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot rendering and performance issues across different hardware configurations.

What You Must Bring:

• Proficiency in C++ programming with experience in Unreal Engine and a focus on Rendering techniques, optimizations, profiling or Tech Art.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-oriented mindset. Comfort navigating large codebases and working in a team environment. 
• Solid understanding of memory management, CPU/GPU performance profiling and debugging tools.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in English for our international projects. 
• Passion for game development and creating exceptional player experiences.
